My experience was a great one at B Ocean. The staff was really kind and helpful. My room was clean and I had plenty of towels. The food was delicious. I absolutely enjoyed my time at the beach and was able to rent a cabana for the day. The gym was clean and had towels and nice equipment. I give it two thumbs up!

I had to move because the first room I moved into had a mildew/mold smell from A/C unit. The second room I stayed in had a A/C unit that couldn’t cool the room down below 74/75 degrees.

Ivan,Diana,Fred can’t say enough nice things about each person that I interacted with.This was a fantastic experience. Customer service is huge at this resort. Yes resort !!! Full scale bars restaurants,pools private beach, beach bar .

What the hotel doesn’t tell you… Your room is actually across the street from the beach, not on the beach. Also, the hotel supplied toiletries, such as shower gel and lotion apparently did not stick to the wall and so we’re on the floor when I arrived. The room thermostat was set on 66 and I was unable to change it, I actually turned it off during the night so that I can get warm enough. In the shower, the water never got truly warm. I doubt that I will stay here again.

I recently stayed at B Ocean Resort in June and, unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, the bathroom sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain properly, the shower head was broken, and the bed had no clean sheets or pillowcases. These are basic amenities that should never be overlooked. Additionally, when I spoke to the front desk staff (I believe her name was Diane), she told me there would be a $43 resort charge—but failed to clarify that this was a daily fee. That lack of transparency was frustrating and felt misleading. Overall, I expected better service and communication from a resort at this price point.

Property was clean and staff were friendly.. food was good but not having a microwave to heat up your food was disappointing. A few different places to eat at hotel but menu was the same would have liked some variety. Daily resort fee but did not include umbrella. You would think by providing an umbrella your guests would stay at the beach longer spending more money.

Loud room in front of elevator and staff entry area. The elevator was fine but the staff kept letting the door slam behind them every time they used their entry door. Disgruntled guests at every turn - one accusing the staff of stealing from their room, the other challenging staff to a fight when they were asked to turn their music down. Chairs available at beach but there is a charge for use of an umbrella??? Area quiet. Not a lot of restaurants or things to do

What a huge disappointment our stay was at this hotel. Our first night they had to move us to a new room in the middle of the night because of some sewer odor. I left a dress in the midst of the rush to move to a new room and the dress was stolen by housekeeping. The food and drinks were extremely expensive and tasted like garbage. I will never return to this hotel - never!

Location of this hotel is great. The beach access, beach and beach staff were amazing. The hotel itself is old and needs updating, food and drinks were way too expensive for quality. Windows need better black out curtains.

this property is horrible the Pool is dirty the staff are not willing to help nor give towels to you. the restartant has the worst customer care possible. and the room was never cleaned in the whole weekend we stayed we asked for towels and had to go and get them from the front desk... horrible customer service and the price you pay is 5 star hotel... very disappointed.

I was changed 3 rooms because AC malfunction and even the last room had issues. Gave up on complaining because nothing further was done to compensate me for the issue. I had AC set up in every room to 65 and the temperature wouldn’t drop below 76, even overnight. The hotel said since it was prepaid they couldn’t do anything to compensate me. That is a total lie.
