Everithing was fine

Everything was great, just wish they paid a bit more attention to the pillows. One smelt awful we had to not use it.

Older hotel but well kept and very clean.

Nice hotel in Charlottesville. Large room. Comfortable and clean. Warm cookie upon arrival was a nice touch.

Enjoyed an easy one-night stay. Place was clean and tidy. Easy parking.

Was very convenient to get around city.

Everything was great l Do think the shower heads need to be replaced the water pressure was not strong enough but I give it a five stars

This is a tired property. Our room smelled like mildew. My daughter had an allergic reaction. Staff at front desk was lovely but it is older property that needs an upgrade.

This hotel is located in a nice area. My only complaints are the gentleman who checked me in, wasn’t very pleasant on arrival and the initial room he gave us also had cigarette burns on the carpet. He did allow us to switch rooms, but seemed slightly annoyed at the request.

Easy check in and out, comfortable beds and clean hotel. We didn’t eat in the restaurant, but were a little bummed the coffee and tea area in the Lobby weren’t working. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Our stay was quiet, we were on 9th floor.
