Not as good as world class hotel which is minimum facilities such as no entertainment TV, toiletries, no car parking free and so on.

The suite room was spacious. Excellent service start from front desk: Arnold Setiady and Khaterine in the restaurant. Thank you Grand Hyatt. We will be back surely.
