The experience was amazing I stayed for a few days with my husband, the staff was wonderful, the food outstanding and the amenities have room for improvement. The staff make you feel a 5 stars experience. I would love to go again

The hotel is well situated and is considered a historical site in the Cali culture. While it is well maintained, it is very evident that it has not been remodeled since the early 90s. The room and it’s bathroom felt dated. Also, keep in mind that they do not have transportation; thus, you have to arrange for taxis or private car service unlike other hotels in the area. This was a little uncomfortable considering we left the hotel before 5:00 am for an early flight departure. Despite these factors, everyone was very attentive, helpful and professional. Their breakfast is outstanding. They also have a great pool and park for small children, with convenient access to a Juan Valdez and a local bank.

This place is so run down. Pluming is old and constantly backed up. Showers don’t drain, toilets don’t flash. Furniture is old and looks awful! Staff- just rude. I will never consider staying there. It was my third time and it’s getting worse from a few years ago.

For my money, this would be the only place I'd stay in Cali. Best hotel I've stayed in in my life and I ain't young.

Room service was great

Very outdated and not in the best condition. AC doesn’t work properly in the room, towels are old and thin, curtains are dirty and dusty, pillows are smelly. Room and bathroom are very outdated. It took a long time to get hot water in the shower. Toilet doesn’t flush effectively. Sadly this is the best game in town so you don’t have other choices. The pool and food are great. Friendly staff. This hotel is in desperate need of serious work across all facilities. It doesn’t match the experience one has at an intercontinental in other global cities. It has the logo and the name but it really feels like a Holiday Inn from the 90’s.

My husband and I absolutely love the Intercontinental Cali. We’ve decided it will be where we stay every time we visit family in Cali. The hotel is beautiful and clean of course, and the breakfast buffet is a must. The security is also excellent, providing a very safe atmosphere. We truly appreciated the staff more than anything. They were so kind and attentive to us at every turn. Highly recommend!

Truly Exceptional, Everything was perfect. To my liking the Coffee could be warmer but thats my preference!

The overall experience was delightful. People in Cali were extremily nice.

The rooms were perfectly clean every day but hotel rooms are a bit smaller than I expected. The pool was great but it’s also used by people who live nearby and they took up most of the pool to do laps so that was annoying. The service in the hotel restaurants is really slow but I think it’s because people order from all the restaurants which I found to be odd. Otherwise the staff was very accommodating especially with travel needs.

I really enjoyed the luxurious lobby,restaurants, and staff! The rooms are a bit outdated but the pressure of the water while I showered made up for it! I would definitely stay here again.
