We stay here often due to this proximity to the falls and casino, easy parking, good price. Clean.

Property is very nice ,my only complaint would be the rooms are very dark even with all the lights on.Two other parties in other rooms said the same.You would never be able to read anything in the room it is so dark.

The view said fallsview but i really couldn't see the falls. There were tree so thats an obstructed view.

The hotel very nice, plenty of parking options, restaurant options and staff is great from the parking attendents, to check in staff and house keeping. Had a great time and would stay again.

Walking distance to the falls, room was ready and clean at my arrival

Very family friendly… loved my stay! Pool and hot tub was a big hit! Everyone was incredibly kind with the exception of one. One problem I had is that the maintenance guy stole the housekeeper tip I left for her. I would warn you not to leave tips in the room and to hand it to the desire staff instead.

The hotel was in a good location, lots to do close to the hotel that is walkable. The room was clean and the staff were great. I felt very safe at the hotel with lots of security presence. Couple restaurants in the hotel, but very pricey. Can walk a couple blocks away and find more affordable eating. The store within the hotel will gouge you if you are looking for chips or pop. A 2l of coke within the store was over $11.00!

Even on the rop floor, trees and other buildings block much of the view.
