Absolutely no hot water. The bed was completely uncomfortable. Extremely noisy, both in the hall and coming from outside. There was also so much light flooding in from parking lot and hallway. I asked for a call back at 6 am when I went to check out. I did not receive a call. I called when ibgot oof of work. They had no ideaor info about the issues i wanted to discuss.

Tv could not be turned up they had volume locked 😑 other than that was a nice stay

It is in a good location & quiet, and housemaids are nice & good at their job. Unfortunately they City had them close their pool! The overnight person gave attitude cause we didnt know why we had to pay an extra $100 when we lin in a different state, but whatever. I feel we were profiled from the beginning. We smoke cigs not Marijuana but they refused to give me my $100

We had to stay in town for the night for a Saturday wedding. The location was obviously newly renovated, and was clean and quiet. Breakfast had many offerings and was well appointed. The hotel is also close to a variety of restaurants and shopping. Overall a quiet and clean hotel that I would patronize again if the need arose.

It was fine for the price and 1 night stay. Definitely in need of updating. It was about what I expected at this price point and after reading reviews. My chief complaint was the window air conditioner is very loud when it comes on and there is no way to keep it on all the time so when you’re sleeping, it comes on really loud and then when it goes off it’s silent and then it comes on really loud and goes off silent. It makes it really hard to sleep if you’re sensitive to noise like I am. Also, even though I had it turned down to 60 the room was not as cool as I like to sleep probably more like 72 and a tad humid. Not terrible but not ideal. If not for that, we would stay there again when we return in a few weeks, but we will probably opt for a different hotel because of the air conditioning noise. Otherwise it was comfortable and fine.

We had a comfortable and clean room. The breakfast the next morning was great. The staff is welcoming and friendly.

Great for a one night stay. Room was clean and breakfast was fantastic. They are obvious working on renovating the hotel and it will be great to see when they are finished. Would definitely stay here again.

The constant cyclical noise from the air conditioner kept me up all night.

Friendly staff. Clean. Air conditioning worked well. Strong shower w full hot water. Was able to easily get Lyft to downtown and back. No concerns.

My 3rd time staying there over the years. Older Motel but owner shows pride of upkeep. Great price, and the breakfast is amazing

Was just traveling through. Stayed for one night and have no complaints. The room was nice and clean and the staff was great (what little interaction we had with them). Recommend the Abilene Whitten Inn for budget accomodations.
