Rooms are stinky, bedsheets were too old it seems and causing rashes. Poor In room facilities even the bathrooms. Not at all worth for the price paid. Very disappointed

I stayed here in part of my roadtrip of Arizona/Utah, and I left my earring in the room by accident when I was already hundreds of miles away. These people were super kind enough to ship my earring back home for me!! You can definitely trust them with your stuff in the room.

After we arrived at 14:15 (2:15 pm), I was wondering if there would be a chance to check in earlier. 1st female employee we came across said NO and also stated she has plenty of rooms available, but simply no check-ins before 15:00 (3 pm). We returned after 3 pm. During the actual check-in in we were informed that the restaurant is closed and also there is no internet at the facility. Hotels.com says there is high-speed internet. The heater in the room is so loud, it feels it is gonna explode. Condensation on the windows forms a waterfall, so the carpet must be soaking wet, and the frame around the windows shows signs of mold; no chance to even crack open the window to refresh the air. No mini fridge. Furniture is falling apart. I can imagine this is one of the best in Kayenta, but that is still expensive for what it is and what is offers.

The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable No wifi !! When I spoke with the front desk they said it had gone out earlier in the summer and they would need to replace the whole system

Easy check in, helpful friendly staff, easy parking, clean rooms

I stayed here a year ago and there was no Wifi available and restaurant was closed (sorry for the inconvenience). Fast forward a year and I stay here again. No Wifi. No apology. No compensation. A woman and her husband were checking in before me and she says, if I had known booked it. sa

Everything was excellent, except there is not the microwave and mini fridge that we find in most of the motels that we visit.

The restaurant was closed and there’s not much of a selection for eating dinner in town.

The tv didnt work and the wifi was out. Also the room was very cold.

The staff was pretty nice, the desk clerk she was pretty nice. The was clean, was decent for a reservation motel. Was almost as clean as twin arrows motel. Only thing was there was no fridge and no microwave. I was there on work trip, it wouldve been nice to have have a fridge and microwave. But everything else was nice.

No wifi, dining room closed, no fridge, no microwave, main building closed. Very noisy doors and lots of homeless persons in the neighbourhood.

Quiet location great stay

No WiFi. No hot water in the shower. Ice machine was broken.

AC worked great. Surprised it was needed.

Clean room, helpfull help

Nice place to stop just outside Monument Valley. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. The hotel is quiet. Restaurant was good for breakfast. Would stay again.

Staff was efficient and beds were comfortable.
