Pleasant customer service

Air conditioning filter needs to be clean to avoid dirt mines and allergies issue

It was absolutely amazing the restaurant and bar went above and beyond I actually was introduced to the big boss he made us some beignets that were to die for and our house keepers were wonderful this is the best hotel hands down

Great beds and quiet AC. The staff is wonderful!

Nice rooms, friendly staff, loved the restaurant, gym, and pool. Plus, mall, and gas station are just a 1-minute walk away — super convenient. Loved everything about my stay!

Very nice staff!!

Crumby. Hallways are dark and smell musty. The sink in my bathroom was busted and coming out of the wall and my shower curtain was ripped, no coffee at 5:30 in the morning... and so on.

Location was good.

We stayed overnight and it was great. The shower was the oly thing that wasn't appealing but we would stay there again. The staff was great, especially Devon. He had great customer service skills!

Our room was never cleaned when we stayed there for three nights. Not sure if this is normal. When checking in front lady was rude. It was almost like I was an inconvenient to her. Was just an awkward check in. Service at restaurant was office bartender and chef were great snd very friendly.

My siblings and I had a good experience with this hotel! Slight issue at first concerning the safety deposit, but management was professional, and accommodating. Besides that, the staff were friendly and courteous. Place was clean and tidy and was a good walking distance to places to eat and shop. Gym was good as well. Good experience all around

The tub filled up with 6-8 inches of water when showering. The manager promised the same rate for another night and when i called to book was told the hotel would not honor the promise.
