Clean and comfortable

Hair in shower, stains on bed sheets and blanket, carpet had trash and dirt on it. Do not recommend best western. Prefer the hilton

Staff was friendly and the room was neat and clean.

Run down and poor condition, some rooms have newer mattresses but very low quality. Breakfast is a flat out disgrace. Noisy corridors. Front desk personnel works make a great TikTok but useless for information or service. Dirt in elevator seems perpetual. “Non slip” bath mat in bathtub shower was so worn and decrepit that it was in fact extremely slippery. Shower bar almost impossible to grab and hold. Very few channels and poor choices on TV. AND ON AND ON

Staff are friendly and accommodating. Desk staff went out of their way to iron out reservation issues. Breakfast service is a wonderful change from continental self-service.

Service was absolutely the best! The room was very clean with a mattress that was super comfortable! 12 pm standard check out time was welcome after a night out. The included breakfast was served by wonderful staff an amazingly fast!!! I strongly recommend this location.

The full bed are small. Ok for 1 person. But they are comfy. Staff was great. Was very hot in the pool area. Otherwise it was a good stay

The hotel was nice and clean, the only downside is they advertise having a hot tub but it is never open.

Sunday morning we walked to our truck to put bags in it and came back in to hang out for a bit before leaving. When we got back to our room it was already being cleaned. We didnt check out and still had our key cards. Warning if you leave your room unattended Sunday morning it will be cleaned ragardless if they know if you are returning or not.

Our room smelled like Urine and we were woken up to ants crawling on us during the middle of the night in our bed. We have stayed at this hotel several times and appears it is slowly declining in quality. We paid $170.00 for 1 night and at BEST received a $85.00 a night room/stay. Seems like there are a lot of homeless people being boarded there. A lot of people out in the parking lot hanging around and sitting in cars as people come and go.

We only stayed over night but the place very nice and clean. Breakfast was very good!

A little disappointed that they advertised a hot tub but it was not open or available to use. Property could use an upgrade. Pool was missing a lot of tiles and room where pool was, was quite filthy looking. Very old furniture in the rooms.

The hospitality

Great location. Enjoyed the bar and restaurant although at times the staff needed more help. The hot tub wasn't working. I'd stay here again.

Immediately upon entering the room I was hit by a wet dog smell, smelled of urine, the carpet was nasty, gum stuck to it. I had to leave because the smell was so overpowering I was not able to sleep comfortably.

One worker in the restaurant was not friendly and was very rude to me when I asked a question

Plenty of dining options around, convenient for what we needed.
