Staff was attentive

My family could NOT take showers due to no hot water. Two days stay, 1 day with cool water 1 with cold water I was told it was due to a lot of people there.

Even with renovations going on, the hotel was very clean and you would never have know renovations were taking place!

Was a convenient location. Fair price. Would stay there again.

The room we received was not the room that I reserved. I reserved a junior suite and we had a regular King room. I know I paid more for the junior suite. The pictures online showed a bigger room for a junior suite and as mentioned we just had a what I consider a normal King room. Otherwise everything was fine, the gentleman at check in was very nice and patient as there was a long line for checking in.

The stay was phenomenal. However, there seemed to be a circular mark on the mattress. We LOVED the heated pool!

This hotel has seen better days, but it was inexpensive and pet friendly so we decided to give it a try. Pleasantly surprised! While the hotel itself is getting older and shows signs of wear and tear, the property is clean and the staff is friendly. Our bed was so comfortable and there were plenty of cozy pillows to choose from. We were very pleased with our stay.

Check-in and check-out was quick. The staff were so nice and the room was well priced!

Wi fi was out the entire stay and no discounts were given to make up for it.

definitely a great stay. Updated rooms and huge rooms. Very clean too. Convenient spot near shopping and restaurants and Mizzou University. Great rates.

Very good mattress excellent bath. Breakfast wasn’t very and was cold. Not enough variety.

Floor was a little dirty between the 2 queen beds..needed a sweep. Even a pill was on floor. Ned was comfortable, bathroom clean and sheets good.

Very comfortable bed, room was extremely clean and prepared, water pressure outstanding!

I wanted a refund due to a family emergency and I can’t get a hold of anyone in your company or them.

This hotel was beyond loud and dirty. Kids were screaming and playing the piano in the lobby while employees did nothing about it. Our room was disgusting and falling apart. The ceiling had obvious water damage.

Huge. We are please with the property. We had the Multiple Bed Suite. Amazing

No power to half of the hotel, and no cable in our room.
