Excellent hotel to staywhen visiting Binghamton University

Bed was very comfy. Andy at the reception was an absolute gem and very helpful and understanding.

The place was clean and staff was very friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the small, cute little downtown with restaurants and a little bit of shopping. A few short minutes’ drive to Binghamton U. There is a walking path behind the hotel with a view along the Chenango River. Restaurant is good - sufficient with well made cocktails. Our double room was small - bathroom area is tiny and we overlooked a roof of a building but it was fine. The front desk staff were accommodating and asked about our stay when we checked out. We told them about the drip … drip … drip leaking of the bathtub all night and they seemed eager to fix it. The rooms are clean, comfortable but a A bit outdated. We will stay here again and we were pleased with their accommodating pet policy.

Room was nice the only thing is the carpet smelled like mold. And the bathroom door was damaged wasn’t closing properly.

Riverview is nice - restaurant is good with patio on he river. Very convenient and nice downtown walking streets and diners

Great location. Easy walking distance to arena and downtown. Pleasantly surprused by cleanliness, and amenities. Great onsote restaurant.

A big comfortable room in the center of the city that felt very out of the hustle. Check in was quick. Parking was free and close to the entrance. We didn’t use the pool but it looked great. Breakfast was just right and everything was very clean. We will stay here again and highly recommend

This is a quiet & clean hotel. This is near the greyhound bus station which allows easy access to NYC. The hotel stay was perfect. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the downtown area shopping and restaurants.

We booked and were charged for a king room, but when we arrived they were sold out and put us in a smaller room with a smaller bed.

No Air conditioning I was put in a handicap room

Location was good. Parking was convenient. Rooms were tight and need a good cleaning (dirt on the doors/wall)

Great property. Staff was friendly and parking was easy.

When we arrived was concerned because they gave us keys to a room that someone was staying in. All their stuff was there etc. Then they moved us to a handicap room which was not requested or needed. The front desk had no information on the restaurant in the hotel no menus nothing. We went in to give it a try and in the short timeframe we were there. A lot of people had sent their food back so we just had a drink and left.

Very nice hotel in the downtown area.
