Great location!

Was perfect and elegant enough for a nice date night.

Austin at the curb was the best ambassador for the hotel..

We really enjoyed this hotel. It feels very new and modern, yet comfortable. The open elevator was super cool. Had drinks and apps in The Library downstairs before our concert because we didn't have time to find a restaurant. The food was good but service was not great--that was the only downside to our stay. They just needed more staff for a busy happy hour. The bed and linens were very comfortable. Roll-away for our son was fine too and they were very quick to bring it up. Very nice updated room with a great view of the city. It was very quiet which was surprising for such a busy town on a Saturday night and no slamming doors all night! And breakfast in The Library the next morning was very fast and delicious--again very pleasantly surprised. The location is not in the middle of all the action but that suited us fine.

Several extra fees were added. We were also unaware of 114.00 parking to add on to the bill.

Beautiful hotel-exceptionally clean and great staff! Loved it! The only thing I did not like was the hidden $25 a day “resort” fee which is somewhat offset with the $12.50 a day credit. However, all costs should be apparent up front.

Great location

The hotel is lovely and the staff were friendly. The room was large, clean and comfortable. It had no windows, I'm guessing because we were on a lower floor, but that didn't bother us. As with a lot of hotels in the US, it is quite noisy in the room. We were opposite the lifts (elevators!) and heard all the conversations of everyone all night (very clearly!) and the dings as the lift arrived - so wasn't the best nights sleep. A lot of hotels in the US seem to be like this and have poor noise isolation in the rooms, but hoped a nicer hotel would have been a little quieter in the bedrooms. The lifts seem to take ages to arrive despite there being quite a few, but it is a busy hotel. Breakfast was tasty as well, the only (minor) issue being we had prepaid for it on here and it was a little confusing what we were meant to do. Turns out we had to charge it to our room and then they would deduct is at checkout up to a certain value - slightly odd way of doing it and don't think it mentioned that anywhere on hotels.com Would stay again if we could request a room in a quieter location.

Visiting from Toronto. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Guest services responded immediately. The room was spacious and very comfortable. 10/10 and would visit again.

The water pressure was the only thing wrong with this beautiful hotel.

I love everything about this hotel except the parking elevator. There is only one. Yep about 5-8 floors and 1 elevator… ONE!!
