Rooms were clean and comfortable. Our concierge, or guest check-in staff member, Ayesha, was fantastic and very welcoming.

This is our go to Hotel when staying in Toronto. Close to everything, can walk everywhere, and park the car on property. Always enjoy our stay here.

Everyone and everything was great.

Right from check-in we met Zain. He was a wonderful host. He provided us with excellent customer service. We were there celebrating a night out for my mother’s 65th Birthday, we got an upgrade to a higher level room, a complimentary drink x2, some extra bottled waters. He went above and beyond to Make her feel special on her big day! Thank you Zain! The bartender (he said he was from Mexico) was fantastic. He really took care of our drinks and quick service. Room was nice and clean. No complaints
