Great customer service

Check in was ok the room was on top floor which was good but the noise from roof was horrible, beds was not comfortable and the quiet time from 10pm till 7am was not in force had kiddos running hallways screaming, slamming doors etc. Upon leaving at 3:30 am told the desk clerk we were leaving she barley acknowledged us.

No complaints

From the advertising looks great, but the furniture is old and broken and dirty, I had 2 different rooms both of them were the same.

We love the embassy suite hotels. Always try to stay at them Daliala at the front desk was wonderful

The hotel is nice and clean however our housekeeping attendant was horrible. He didn’t clean and only gave us 3 towels a day although I repeatedly stated there were 4 of us. He never cleaned the sinks, tub, or vacuumed/mopped the tiled floors. I would put sheets in the floor for him to know they needed to be replaced and he would just throw them back on top of the clean bed (gross).

The staff was amazing and very accommodating.

The View of the hotel’s interior was beautiful.I enjoyed the comfort of the spacious room also the fact that the room was separated from the front entry and it had 2 TVs was a plus for my teenager. The location was perfect as well!

THE STAFF! The kindest most helpful people I’ve ever met. Undoubtedly made my family stay so much better.

THE SWIMMING POOL IS SUPER DIRTY and there is no water fluids or pumps. My room is around 225 second floor and I CAN NOT SLEEP because a MOTOR SOUND . Everything else it’s good , just the shower is super old .
