Staff was super friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was fantastic, especially the woman who worked that area. However our room had towels with hair on it, extra toilet paper had stains on the roll. There was a drum show that went on in the plaza outside at 1:45am due to a game upset in the area and this location, while the view is amazing, is not a great one if you need it super quiet. And we were there on a Tuesday.

Exceptional experience at this hotel could not have been better

Highlight: The staffs were very good. Room cleanliness was top notch. Parking was good. Breakfast was good. Lowlight: The washroom commode flush was not working properly. It as shared with the Front Desk personnel while checking out and she waived the parking charge as we had to go through the trouble. The maintenance management needs to make sure of the proper condition of the washroom.

This hotel is a nice place to stay right downtown Windsor. The rooms were comfortable and the free breakfast was excellent.

The only two things I didn't like was that you had to pay extra for parking and that they didn't have a hot tub. At check in I was informed by the front desk lady that it would be $20 a night to park in the hotel parking, thankfully I was able to parky vehicle elsewhere and ubered to the hotel. Secondly it's 2026, if you have a pool you should have a hot tub! Otherwise absolutely loved my stay everything was clean breakfast was amazing, loved the 24hr coffee bar. The view and being right along the river was the best!!! Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was fine for a couple night stay. It was your average hotel. However, I was super excited for the breakfast buffet, and I was a little dissatisfied. They served the same food 4 days in a row. The food itself was ok, but I was just disappointed with the options.

We stayed as a family for one night. Stop over on a trip from the states back to Canada. The room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff who accommodated late check in for us. Great location close to Detroit-Winsor tunnel exit and right downtown.

I asked for plates and it took hrs before they arrived. They called hrs later and asked if I wanted them still. I had forgotten I even asked it took so long. Doors were slamming shut all night long. And no noise barrier, might have well been my door being slammed. The sink in the bathroom was constantly gurgling.The staff were hard to understand. English wasn’t a first language.

Room was clean. Appreciated the security. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful and courteous. Was a bit disappointed in cost of parking, but stay was great.
