Great stay

I would definitely stay here again.

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived to check in.

The property was dirty, our room had a Jenky plug in heater/air conditioner that was rusty and loud and also dirty. Our toilet constantly ran. The shower never got hot. I know the property wasn’t a luxury property but definitely not clean or well maintained. When booking I knew we wouldn’t be there long just to sleep but I would never book there again

The lady at the desk was awesome! The room was very dusty. Long black hair was on the white pillow case and in the tub.

The inside lights were so bright - I would reduce it to half the # of lights you have on and then on the outside where guests can park - it was pitch black and very unsafe. Also the elevator spells like cow maneuvers - maybe not put carpet down - once I got inside my room, it was clean and fine.

Bugs inside the room and unclean used toilet

Check in went well, everyone was very nice. But when we were ready for bed we found bugs in our sheets. The reception changed our room but the second room had bugs as well. I would not recommend this property.

Just far enough out of the city to escape the noise and traffic congestion but yet very convenient

We have stayed in this hotel 5 or 6 times it is very newly remodeled very nice breakfast if you were having surgery at Martha Jefferson it is the perfect location that is why we have stayed here The only bad thing is when Need a cart To how your luggage You have to push the card outside in the dark To get to your room You cannot do it from the inside of the hotel They need to have a ramp instead of steps to keep your cart on the inside of the hotel for safety

Changed my account twice.

Had no hot water in room but was swiftly offered another room close by to shower. Excellent new hotel with the best breakfast I’ve seen at a budget hotel in years. and the staff were perfect.

The hotel is freshly remodeled the lady at the front desk was very kind my surgery was later in the day and they allowed us to check out at noon the only negative thing I would say is if you're pushing a cart with all of your luggage you have to go outside and back in another door you cannot do it from inside the hotel that is a safety factor for me especially at night we are staying there again next week it is a nice hotel
