Wonderful staff

Nice hotel. Cool decor good location. Good serve. Only complaint is our room faced the back alley and people accessing the garbage bins were loud after 10pm at night and again at 6:30am.

Staff at the front desk was incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. However, our room on the street side was incredibly noisy even in the middle of the night. In all honestly it was a good 3-star hotel but a mediocre 4-star hotel which is what they claim to be.

I recently finished my stay at the Kimpton Banneker hotel and it was amazing. From start to finish, the staff was very helpful and helped with all of my questions and needs. Specifically Cassandra, she was very knowledgeable and helpful as she assisted me with both checking in and checking out. I started and finished my vacation with peace of mind knowing I was in good hands. Would definitely stay again!

It was a nice property. My biggest complaint is our room was right on the street and it was extremely loud both nights.

The hotel is situated in a very nice location. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Upon arrival the concierge made sure we had all offers from hotel. Your coffee is an excellent choice
