A very clean and well-maintained property in an excellent location. Great breakfast which varied daily and very friendly staff. Great pool too.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff, especially Theodora, were extremely helpful and accommodating. The breakfast, including the service, was phenomenal. We would stay at this property again.

It was impossible to get to get a spot at the pool as people would put their towel and then disappear. There were not many chairs to accommodate this. Otherwise an amazing hotel that really goes out of their way to provide amazing customer service. I would stay here in a heart beat. The helped arrange a taxi to and from the airport, a rental car and upgraded our room without me asking for it. All very friendly and helpful.

The staff at this hotel are the best! They helped with parking my rental car, arranging for taxi, and making my stay absolutely stress and hassle free. The room was fantastic - great views, double shower is a major convenience when sharing with a partner and a lovely balcony too. Highly recommended!

This is a magnificent hotel. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. This was a perfect place for Chania.

Really great stay overall. Convenient location, comfortable clean property with friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint was the mattress probably should be replaced. Sagging due to age.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, lovely room (upgraded for us too), fabulous breakfast, lovely peaceful pool area. Great location just a few minutes walk from the delightful old town. Highly recommended!

I loved the location for visiting Old Town. It's also conveniently located right next to the bus station so I recommend taking the the bus from the airport it will save you a ton. The breakfast was good as were the drinks at the bar. I'd do dinner at the surrounding restaurants. Overall it's a very nice place

Excellent location. Terrible parking. You need to pay 15 euros a day and they leave the car in the street

Apart from the late check-in ( way beyond the the expected time ) everything was decent.

The staff was helpful and courteous. The hotel is in a great area- walkable to restaurants and shops
