Very confusing to locate checkin desk and elevators-this is two hotels at the same address. We were told to park “at the back”, but doing so took us to the wrong elevators, which caused about a 15-minute delay in getting back down stairs where we could start over. This wouldn’t have been so bad, except I had been delayed by several hours getting to ORF and getting my car, and I was navigating at 1:30 in the morning with a very tired 9-year-old. Also, frustrating that neither room (we stayed here at front and back ends of trip) actually served as a suite because no linens were provided for the folks out soda bed. ALSO, neither toilet was working well. Had to get out of bed to tap the flapper so that they would stop running. This all happened with two separate rooms. Also, not impressed with overall comfort and upkeep. In general, not my accustomed experience with Quality Suites!

Room was good, I wish the property could have used little fragrance for good smell. Staff is good, polite and friendly

It was in a good area nice hotel for the price. Good breakfast. There was no house keeping they only came in to take garbage and leave towels did not clean the room

Check in person was distracted, rushed and couldn’t provide a receipt. Had to ask about parking, where elevators were and could not provide receipts for items I purchases from store (snacks) Room was clean, breakfast was not good. Close to airport but not great area for safety.

My stay was great even when I saw a roach on the wall behind the nightstand and a small black bug crawling on the sheet of the bed I slept on. It may be a good idea to spray the rooms and beds ever so often.

Some issues with the room. Worn out carpet in hallways

Absolutely horrible! We check. Ed into our first room extremely late and there were bed bugs. Went to the front desk and switched rooms.And there were bed bugs in the second room. Refused to give us refund. All they said was oh well sorry

We did not end up staying. There were cockroaches. My son has health issues and we left. Walking into the building started to bother him.

In room 184 there was a bullet hole through my window

ROACHES!!! When I showed the front desk she just said we will inform the manager who continently wasn’t there and would not be for the next few days.

The check-in experience was good. There were no problems
