Overall, I think the facilities and service at this hotel are quite good. First of all, the hotel's location is very strategic, with direct access to Central Ladprao Mall and also directly into Ha Yaek Lat Phrao BTS Station. It's also quite close to Don Mueang Airport and very close to one of the tourist shopping centers, Chatuchak Weekend Market. The hotel staff is very friendly and communicative, and the hotel is also very nice and clean. The rooms are also clean with quite complete amenities. The food served at breakfast is quite tasty and quite varied, and they also explain which items are halal and which are not.

I lay down and slept very comfortably. The room was clean and the bathroom was separated into zones very well.

Breakfast management is terrible. Never stay at a 5-star hotel where people stand in line to wait for almost 20 queues to eat instead of having to inform them of the time to eat and then come down to that time like other hotels. Chasing regular guests or guests who are ready to pay expensive for the tranquility and service since the caller to the room service is bad talk. Overall is bye, not staying again.
