Very impressed with the whole experience of staying at The Kraft Hotel! All staff kind, helpful and polite. Lovely room attractively furnished and having a balcony was a lovely bonus. Ideally situated approx 10mins walk to the city and its many attractions with bus stop also nearby. Various restaurants on the doorstop at good prices. Rooftop pool and patio area afford breathtaking views across the city Small gym and sauna also available. We were bed and breakfast basis and were delighted at the choices available. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel!

Every staff member were incredibly helpful and warm and friendly. Roberto in the dining room was so happy and helpful and the food outstanding! I can hardly wait to come back to Hotel Kraft and Florence!

I am so glad we chose Hotel Kraft for our stay in Florence. It's about a 10 minute walk from Santa Maria Novella Train Station and the Alamanni tram stop that takes you to Villa Costanza bus terminal. The room was very nice, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable and allowed us to have a restful night of sleep. We especially enjoyed the view and fresh air from our balcony. During our stay, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet and the most wonderful and attentive staff. It was the best way to start the day! We also had a nice dinner at the hotel restaurant and the staff was also very attentive and pleasant. Overall, Hotel Kraft was definitely the best choice for my family and we can't wait to return to Florence and stay here again. Thank you Hotel Kraft staff or making our stay in Florence such a wonderful experience!

The bathtub drain handle falls off, and the bathroom was unclean. Super super small room. The staff were very nice and the buffet breakfast was great.

The staff were very pleasant. The room very clean. The only comment I have is that the shower needs some TLC. There is black mold in the shower on the tile grout in many areas.

Drinks and breakfast were lovely. The pool was fantastic and relaxing after a days sightseeing with fantastic views over Florence. Our room was very clean. Room was very spacious. Bathroom was huge with tub and shower. Balcony was excellent and the street was quiet, a rare thing in that part of Florence. Rooftop restaurant and bar have great views. We enjoyed the bar and the staff in the bar are great. Giving snacks with our drinks was top notch. Breakfast had lots of options and got us through much of the day. Hotel is a 20 minute walk to the train and to all the major sites. Lots of restaurants to choose from close by.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel has a rooftop terrace with a fantastic view of Florence and surrounding area. A fantastic experience and a place my wife and I will be returning to.

I’ve been to many really nice hotels, but this really takes the price. Never ever have I met so consistent perfect service from all of the staff that I’ve met. This is a true gem and a schoolbook example on how a great hotel should be run.

Great breakfast with a lot to choose from. Very nice to relax by the pool, near the city center and excellent service from fiendly staff.

Our second visit to Florence and stayed in Hotel Kraft on both occasions. We have recommended this Hotel to many friends for we agree it is a jewel in the crown of Florences hospitality. A pure delight to eat breakfast on the roof terrace in the morning sun in October... or a glass of vino in the warm evening... excellent in all ways that matter
