I guess you get what you pay for… nothing about this property is worth staying. I would not stay here again.

I have stayed here often and I am usually very pleased. This last stay was disappointing. I requested a certain room, didn't get it. I couldn't use the tv. It wouldn't come on. The refrigerator did not work and was VERY dirty. There was no shampoo in the dispenser. And when I complained to the girl at the front, all she said was, "Sorry" My next step is to call the general manager.

I asked for a smoking room and I did not get it. They tried checking me in one but it was getting cleaned. They must have had a flood. My room was very uncomfortable to bed, it was very uncomfortable. I had to sleep with my head at the feet. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The continental breakfast was just cereal and pancakes. I think it was pretty awful. The coffee was absolutely awful. They did at least give me a $10 discount for my inconvenience. But that's all I will not stay there again. I wish I would have taken photos. One of the main reasons I stayed. There is cuz I wanted to go in the Jacuzzi, and the Jacuzzi was just super nasty. It was so murky, there was no way I was gonna get in it.

Breakfast not very good.

The continental breakfast was weak, but they had one. Bed and bathroom was clean, but walls were not. Over all it was fine, about what you expect for that price.

If you are looking for an affordable, comfortable, clean, hotel that serves a tasty breakfast, in Williams, AZ. Keep looking.

Bathrooms small dark no ventilation

This is an old hotel. It needs lots of repairs. I wouldn’t bring a family here. It was ok to stay a couple of nights with just a place to sleep.

No employee at desk for check in. After several calls to manager, someone arrived. 20 minutes late. Rooms are not nice. Check out, was unpleasant, waited 10 mimutes late to unlock door. Everyone was complaining. Will definitely never never return.

We stayed for two nights and for the money we paid left us with total regret. The place was old and run down. The host or owners I don't know what they were but they were extremely lazy. In the morning we went in to get what they call a breakfast and there was milk spilled on the floor in the middle of the floor and all the tables were filthy with goo from syrup. I rang the bell at the front desk and a girl came out and I asked her if she could at least clean a table so we can sit and also explain there's milk all over the floor. She came out and tried to hand my wife cleaning wipes for her to clean the table??? As she saw that my wife would do no such thing she did it herself and as she left she stepped over the milk on the floor and went back into her room behind the front desk counter. Later another fellow came in wandered around a little bit and got a towel dropped it on the floor and wiped the floor with his foot on the towel right after that he used the same towel to wipe the counters were you place your food. Just a filthy disgusting place beware !!!

First room smelt like mold and mildew the 2nd room the room smelled better . then the bath water wouldn’t drain which cause us to take waiting periods for use to leave so we didn’t have to stand in dirty water. Extra 2 hours for 3 people to shower. THE CARPET WAS DIRTY AND STOOD WET. Our first night after returning and walking on the floor it seemed to have been cold but further into the evening we noticed it was in fact wet and our socks looked like we played in the mud. We had to go and purchase flip flops because after getting out the shower or taking our shoes off our feet were disgusting but just walking to the restroom. THE 2nd morning there our card key didn’t work we had to leave and they said they would have it fixed by the time we came back and it wasn’t after we returned 4 hours later so we had to get let into our room which was a inconvenience. Overall the people were helpful but the level of cleanliness and issues were just horrible and NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS THAT WERE DISPLAYED. WE CHECKED OUT ON THE 3rd day my grandson was confined to the bed when were at the hotel for a rest because the floor was wet I couldn’t have him walk on the floor the smell came back like a wet dog . If I had known the interior looked like how it did I would have never booked it.

The room was quiet but outdated. Breakfast was ok but not many choices.

We loved our stay here! The room was great - very clean and comfy. We loved the location and enjoyed walking to the nearby shops and restaurants. Breakfast was small, but serviceable for sure - there’s a diner across the street that’s great if you’re looking for something more substantial. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. We’d definitely stay here again.

Not clean, blood on sheets, unworking hotel phone, no alarm clock, 2 pieces of dry bread and half small styrafome cup of milk for continental breakfast 🤔 soap dispenser came out of bathroom wall, unheated pool. I was completely embarrassed to bring my family there.

I waited in the lobby and called front desk for 30 min. I called Expedia with no help since I bought a non refundable room. Literally was in lobby 30 min and calling no answer. Couldn’t check in.

Just an average hotel We asked for more towels and never got them. TV did not work Again we told them and nothing fixed Breakfast was marginal.

The room stunk, the carpet was greasy and flirty. The bed was terrible and the linens were worn out. The blanket hadn’t been washed in years. The breakfast was non existent! It consisted of cold cereal and white bread and a toaster. Staff was rude!

We arrived at 2:45pm and the lobby doors were locked. Manager arrive at 3pm to open lobby! Room was smelly and carpet was filthy. All Screens were busted in bad shape. Shower handle kept falling off and the sink water never got hot to wash hands and face. We needed to use shower water. Breakfast was a joke. They had white bread for toast and a pancake maker that produced 2 small pancakes in a couple of minutes but with alot of people, too hard to get to. There was a coffee machine and juice dispenser and some cold cereal & milk. No fruit, no yogurt and very little room. No bathroom in the lobby/breakfast area and none by the pool. The pool bottom felt slimy. The hottub was full of filth on the bottom. All the walls and doors are in desparet need of cleaning and painting. The "suite" we had for us four adults said sleeps 7 but there was only 2 chairs, NO TABLE and NO luggage racks for suitcases. We asked the manager for any of these things and were told no. We bought lysol to spay everywhere. If you walked on the carpet with socks, they were black! The deck off of the lobby, If you could call it that, was rotted wood and dirty furniture. Someone is bound to fall through a rotted board eventually.

The property is in a convenient area, walkable to shops and restaurants. The hallways and stairs needed to be clean. Rooms are very clean. Except the lampshade is broken, the phone is broken. Management needs to check if things are working or not in the rooms. Front desk not always there. No smile.
