Convenient location

Was okay stay I requested a smoking room first floor wasn’t accommodation available

Not very good.

Very friendly, when you ask for more towels and toliet paper you got it, i even called the day before our visit to see if they had a handicap room they did and changed that for us, the only thing for us was that the beds were too firm.

Everyone was very helpfull

My stay was good there but the first night I went to take a shower first thing in the morning and to discover that I had no hot water but there was hot water what happened is that they put the faucet in the shower reverse instead of it being cold to hot it's hot to cold and I wasn't aware of that so I wasn't able to take a shower the first night. But there was hot water.

They were Great

I just need a place to sleep 4 nights a week while I work 2 hrs from home, this served my needs.

Towels should be disposed of, not clean or sanitary. The lady at the front desk is rude.

Its horrible the freezer was not working the window was broken and someone tried to break into me a my girlfriend room and had to call the cops and everyone acting like they didn't see anything and it's very noisy at night

The bed was comfy. No hair dryer, tissues or extra blankets. It was 35 degrees outside and the heat was not on at our arrival. The knob to the sink was broken as well as the control for the shower. It was very hard to regulate the temperature of the shower.

Needed a pet friendly hotel which it was listed as so and they turned my cat away. I had to find last minute arrangements in a city I am not from for my pet. Should not be listed as pet friendly and have limited accommodation.

Gal working check in was extremely rude. Wouldnt accept husbands id, kept saying it was expired. Then was using his middle name and said there wasnt any reservations by that name. Told her to use the correct last name and wanted another name for reservations.
