The front desk person Brianna was very unprofessional and rude when I called at about 8:30 pm to ensure I didn't lose my room ( which was fully paid) to let them know that I was going to be at hotel after midnight. She didn't allow me to finish my sentence, spoke over me stating" As I said you will have to call again if you're not here by 1:00 am". After a 14 hour drive, upon arrival I requested a ground floor room due having a leg injury. The room that I was given had a broken a/c, was dirty, reeked of urine, and upon pulling the blankets back there were yellow stains and hairs on the sheets. I called the front desk and the gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to give us a different room. I would not recommend this hotel.

Always count on friendly front desk staff, clean room and the quiet overnight. Only difference from previous stays was that some of the cable news channels were no longer available in the DirectTv lineup. A minor issue

A large property in an excellent location but in need of being remodeled. The room air conditioner cooled the room but it sounded like a freight train all night. Driving from San Antonio to Phoenix and just needed a reasonable price on a room. In spite of the lower room price for the area, we probably wouldn't stay here again. This hotel needs to be remodeled.

It was okay for the cost. Just an overnight stay from driving 17 hours from Northern California!

Incredible kind staff but the rooms are damp and kind of falling apart at the walls. AC buttons were off so it was a guessing game the whole time. It was ok for what we needed but wouldn’t do it again.

We liked that the property was quiet and clean, only a few crumbs and some cosmetic repairs. But otherwise a very affordable and safe place to stay. And really enjoyed the office staff for being personable and taking care of the breakfast area promptly.

The occupants next to our room were playing loud music outside their room and we're talking loudly until around 10 pm so we didn't get to sleep until late that night. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Dry clean, nicely appointed hotel for the cost. Staff is great and they have a complimentary continental breakfast.

We asked for a quiet room and they gave us one. The coffee was very good. Breakfast was cereal bagels and waffles.
