Staff in restaurant were all VERY helpful, they went over and beyond

Very clean room with all of the amenities I needed. Comfortable bed, nice shower, good air conditioning. The pool was closed when I visited, so I was a little disappointed to not be able to use it. The breakfast buffet had a range of offerings, and was quite good. Great location for walking to the old medina, the Arab League Park, and a variety of art deco buildings. I would stay here again!

Rooms were clean and relatively modern. Reasonably close to main attractions.

This hotel was the highlight of our trip to Casablanca. The staff were incredible nice and I’m so glad we stayed there. We didn’t use the pool, there was a sign on the lift staying it was not available due to some works being carried out

Unfortunately this was our 5th location stay while in Morocco and was the least satisfying.

The room was dark but clean. We had an issue with the toilet door and we were there for 2 nights. They could not get someone sooner. Location is good. Restaurant staff and food was good too, specially the Moroccon Harira soup.

Good location. Clean room but the beds are very hard as are the pillows so we didn’t have good sleeps.

They should have USB points near the beds and table The lighting should be more brighter The breakfast was very average

I was so happy with my stay in Idou Anfa. The staff was wonderful and hospitable Everyone greeted me with genuine kindness from the moment my taxi dropped me off. My room was perfect and had all I needed and even a great view. I will absolutely stay again! The location is excellent and you can walk to anything you want or need . It’s for me the prime locaton in the heart of Casa. Thank you all the management team and staff for being rigorous about all the details that matters .

For one night is ok good hotel center area walking shopping and foods - parking is probable

Decent hotel but definitely not the greatest area, particularly at night.

Excellent hotel for travellers arriving in Casablanca. 1/2 hour walk from Hassan II Mosque.

Everyone was so kind and patient - from front security to check in person and everyone in between. Restaurant staff was so sweet and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfy. Housekeeping staff was detailed. Excellent experience overall.
