I first wanted to say that the staff From check in to all the valet Team were great ! Very friendly and professional. The hotel over all seemed very small not a resort but more like a boutique hotel. There really wasn’t much to do for a young family traveling with teenagers. The overall crowd renting was over 55+ years of age . We weren’t expecting party as we escaped Miami’s spring break but this felt boring . The beach is not swim-able as the shore has rocks and the waves are insane . We are a tattooed couple and noticed a lot of looks at the pool which made us feel uncomfortable so we just opted out from going any further . Just not a lot to do , We stayed there for 4 days and were bored . I would recommend this hotel and area for those just wanting to lay back and relax and for those people who are older in age . Definitely not for teenagers and younger couples .

Hotel was nice but the service was disappointing. All of the employees seemed overworked and disgruntled, which in turn seemed to rub off on guests. Took 30 minutes to get our car with valet one morning, bartender at the restaurant didn’t acknowledge us for 15 minutes upon being seated for lunch, we couldn’t track anyone down at the beach to take our order and then asked twice for check and no one brought it. They ended up charging our drinks to our friends. I don’t like to complain but the service simply isn’t up to standard for a hotel of this cost,

Food at the restaurant was excellent. Really enjoyed the spa and the layout of the hotel/resort is cool

Unacceptable (for the price) room views for all three rooms, unwillingness of staff to move rooms, mishandling of luggage at check in…

Thank you for our beautiful upgrade for the weekend. We were in town for a wedding and everything ran very smoothly.

Latitudes was great!! Staff, food, breakfast and dinner. Beach was excellent. Outside staff was wonderful!! Hated to leave!!

Great place to stay for a relaxing vacation.

Can’t decide what’s going on, the reception/lobby area looks old and dated, the restaurant looks remodeled and fresh. It’s been that way for over a year now so are they refreshing all of it or not? The lobby really needs a refresh.

Room was clean. Dining was good. Only issue was you can hear the guests next door and noise from the hallway.

Beautiful resort, highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay. Staff attentive and pleasant. Room comfortable and clean. Quiet vibe. Private beach access wonderful. It is expensive, so be prepared. But you get what you pay for and we look forward to staying again. Walkable to Harboursude and Jupiter inlet restaurants. Great dinner at Lucky Shucks. Glad we experienced it and highly recommend!

The property was very nice, and rooms were clean and well furnished. Unfortunately, we had two negative staff interactions that left us a bit turned off. The main issue was with ordering room service, they suggest to do it from a link they send you via text message. Upon doing so, the link service menu was not working properly, we tried and tried but the options would not populate correctly so we had to call. The individual that picked up the call was clearly agitated that we were having the issue doing it online, he rushed us off of the phone and before hanging up made a negative comment which was obvious for us to hear as he hung up. We were surprised that a staff member would behave this way at this hotel. Everyone has a bad day, but it was obvious this individual was not happy with us having to call in the order.

Every Single person working on the property made you feel like an old friend. Super Fun and We are already planning to return as soon as possible.

The staff is extremely friendly. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and roomy. And the beach is clean and quiet.
