Normally hotel deposits are $100 supruse this one is $250. We get there and there are black stains on the rug and someone wrapped a walmart bag around the smoke detector in the bedroom. The room had a faint smell of smoke but nothing to strong so i just went and bought some febreeze. Since i checked in late at night i went to let them know the next morning. I was there from Friday night until Monday morning. Now they are trying to keep my $250 deposit. The bed was rock hard and felt like i was sleeping on plywood. The pool says open from may-sept but was still closed. I had to get my key reset because they wouldnt work and some of the ket readers for the doors into the build are not working.

Started bad and got worse, after my credit card was accepted and I signed they claimed my card was denied. After the same with a different card , accepted and signed they claim that card was denied. Apparently it was their system that had a “ glitch “ . Got to our room which was pretty standard we found the previous guest leftover food in the refrigerator. The hotel was not full yet they put us in a room where the headboard rested against the wall with the elevator shaft on the other side so all night we were treated to sounds of the elevator in motion. No blanket in the room only a top sheet and a light cover on the bed . Not the hotels fault but the child staying above us was running around the room until 2:00 am. Breakfast was fair to say the best , wanted to complain but there was no one at the desk to check out, wound up giving the key to a janitor .

The outside of this property is in good shape, but I think it is completely under staffed because the front desk person is apparently also the breakfast staff so everything is unable to be taken care of as it should be. The first room we were given didn't seem bad at first, it was definitely spacish, but then after really looking at things the cleanliness of both rooms we stayed in was quite disgusting, the second room definitely was not cleaned in between the last guest and us

Walked into room smell of cigarettes hits hard. Called front desk lady says your the 3rd one to complain about this? Why? It's non smoking. Lots of hair on bathroom floor walls and tiolet. Stains on carpets couch and walls. Walked right back out 10 minutes later and checked right out. Lady at front said I had to call hotels.com to complain because I guess it's their fault the room is dirty. Hotel lobby is deceiving looked nice. Read reviews before going I seen it's got a high rating that's why I booked it but I was wrong

Rooms were nice and in good repair. The problem is the clientele doesn’t always seem to treat the property appropriately. For example, the elevator smelled of urine. Some neighboring rooms not considerate of noise levels. Some of the guests appeared like locusts at the hot breakfast buffet provided and not particularly considerate of others using the facility. Even though the room was non-smoking, previous guests had obviously disregarded that rule. The room itself was otherwise in good condition with nicely equipped kitchen and an excellent value. The hotel is conveniently located near the LVI airport and US 22 freeway. Really is a nice place for a weekend stay, but clientele did nothing to help that.

The rooms are kinda clean for how old they are. Nothings been updated in the rooms, beds, curtains, etc. noisy in the halls. Tons of foreigners and their entire families living here. Saw the police here busting drug dealers. Strange people in and out. Reminds me of the hood or somewhere near the projects. Food and garbage all over the halls and elevator. Dirty needles by the dumpster. Room service never comes and cleans or asks to change your linens. They give you an issue when you ask for clean towels and blankets and pillows. Way over priced for the poor condition and atmosphere. Also ask for a $250 deposit with no leniency even if you extend your stay, you’ll have to pay an additional $250 even if you haven’t gotten your deposit back yet. Crooks. They have a Mexican who barely speaks English standing behind the desk with the women to intimidate customers.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, quick and eager to assist. BUT the rooms are out dated, extremely used and worn furniture, the toilets were not in full function, the Beds were hard as rocks with thin dry sheets and 1 thin blanket and the tub/shower was FILTHY! Sofa FILTHY! Elevator FILTHY and the screens were busted out the widows!

They stay was good, the rooms were clean. We had to switch rooms because the heat wasn't coming on in the first room . We didn't have any wash towels and they weren't any available. There was dog poop all around the property that wasn't picked up, smelled bad.

The check in part was not bad except our keys didn’t work to get into our building so we had to go back to front desk. And then 2 of the doors for our building did not work AFTER we went back. Took an extra 30 minutes to get into our room. The room was NOT like the picture. Everything was gross and run down looking. It didn’t seem like anyone did any deep cleaning in the whole suite. And i have a cleaning business so i know how to deep clean. The couch was dirty, it smelled musty in there. There was no wash clothes. There was no trash in the bathroom. The hallways smelled like tuna. And the hallway floors desperately needed to be vacuumed. It kinda sucked because my boyfriend and I wanted a night away and we just wanted to go home from the second we got there. Before 11am checkout I had maintenance knocking on the door to see if I was gone. Which I understand you wanna get it ready for the next guest but AT LEAST wait till after the check out time. Walls were thin and could hear neighbor’s conversation.

Booked a night away for New Year's Eve. Checking in was a breeze. The counter person checking us in was very nice and friendly. Our room was very clean. Its probably top of the list of places we stayed at that we liked. The hotel was quiet during our stay. We definitely would stay here again and recommend.
