The hotel was the PERFECT location and had all of the amenities we needed. We included breakfast and it was an excellent buffet with also an option to order breakfast too. The only let down is that the weather was very warm when we were in Berlin, the air conditioning was the best as we were up at night overheating!

Great location, close to Alexanderplatz and hackescher market, staff friendly and accommodating, only downside for me A/C abit noisy in my room, towels not the quality I would have expected.

Such a gorgeous hotel! Staff were lovely, room was well designed & quiet. Only thing is that the pool and spa doesn’t open until 11am during the week which seems quite late.

Excellent location for a first visit to Berlin. Comfortable stay and staff were friendly and helpful. Just be mindful that many room overlook the bar / cafe area in the centre, which are not as private.

Ideal location for a 3-day stay - just a short walk to Museum island, Alexanderplatz, Mitte, etc. The staff were very professional and friendly. The room was modern and comfortable. All in all, a great visit and value.

Has just been redone, generally looks new. Very close to all the great museums. No real complaints. Staff were good. Very average breakfast. Reasonably priced.

Definitely not 5 stars, 4 tops Received two classes “upgrade” to end up in the same room set up I had already booked, just as double bed and on the first floor.

GREAT GREAT hotel in such an excellent location. The Cathedral is next door and there are lots of really good restaurants close by. Be sure to try the German Restaurant on the left at the end of the arcade area next door, the staff and food is wonderful. There is a laundromat about a 10 min walk from the hotel (just past the Berlin TV tower) it is easy to use and very clean.

It is center of many interesting places.
