Convenient location close to the airport, but not so close that planes would wake you up. I have stayed here many times and always have a good experience.

construction going on in the bar and hallways were dirty and ended up in a handicapped room?

The fridge in the first room I checked into did not work. When I requested a working fridge I was told that I had to change rooms and first needed to take everything out of the first room and return to the front desk for a different keycard. The cleaning people should check to make sure everything works before. This was a big inconvenience after a long flight that was delayed. Also, housekeeping knocked on my door even though I had provided a check out time.

I had some issues and questions at first about charges and Expedia and Lakefront cleared it up within a day. They even brought me a microwave. I really liked the workout room and view of the lake. Overall I was very pleased after some frustration at the beginning

It was fine, it's a bit outdated and the staff could have been friendlier but overall not bad. Having a restaurant on site was nice, however the menu listed on their website does not reflect what they actually offer. For instance, none of the breakfast items were available, instead it was a buffet that never changed items the 4 nights I was there. I also disliked that I have never received a receipt for what was charged to my card after checkout. I understand there is resort charges, however I have no paper trail of what I was charged and if it correlates to what I was quoted upon booking. Despite leaving this review on their website directly, I have not heard back.

Great hotel.

I was charged a $28 daily fee that was not disclosed on Expedia until it was too late and ai was checking in. When I looked into getting the money back, I was unable to and Expedia was no help. Very disappointing and frustrating. The rooms were fine but there is no microwave, just a micro fridge that wasn’t even plugged in. The bathroom had a sliding door that we could hardly close and isn’t ideal unless you’re solely staying with family you’re very comfortable with. For the price and fees I’d recommend staying somewhere else in Anchorage

Price was good but the room I was in needed maintenance fixtures ready to fall off lights did not work bathtub needed cleaning it was clogged I would stay there again

The one thing that lets down this hotel is how long it takes the shuttle bus to pickup guests. The hotel is 5 minutes away, but the bus takes over 30 minutes to pick me up after being called, late at night, where I was the only passenger. I have stayed at this hotel many times, and pickup from the airport is normal to wait 30minutes or longer

There was hair in the shower and on the shower wall, the toilet seat had crusty urine on the seat and the soap in the shower was detached from the wall and empty.

Nice hotel bright clean and well maintained

Lodging was reasonable, but Fancy Moose (bar/restaurant) has really fallen off badly. What used to be a multi-page menu of options is now a single piece of copier paper with 13 options - most of which were actually not available (sorry, out of chicken wings. sorry, out of nachos. sorry, out of burger buns so none of the burgers available unless you want it on a hoagie roll). If you want someplace that actually also serves food, look elsewhere.

Very brief stay. Caught a plane in the early morning.

The staff are welcoming. Restaurant/bar is a nice option with good food. After a long day of travel, it’s nice to not have travel anywhere to eat! I stay every time I travel for business. My only recommendation is the rooms need upgrades/TLC.. like new carpet furniture etc. This does not keep me from staying here. It’s my go to after a long day of travel. Front desk stay are awesome 👏

The bed & pillows were very comfortable & I had a good nights rest. It was quite & conveniently located.
