Cleanliness was fine, except markings on the closet door in room 204.

Outside pool was great. Nice and fast service checking in.

Dirty hotel, wouldn’t recommend

Very nice stsy

This hotel was good, the staff made the stay better. The only problem was the elevator door would not open properly. We had to help the door so it could open. We were on the second floor so we just used the stairs

The woman working the desk was very nice.

We checked in but never stayed. I booked the room for my staff who came in town to work an event. I feel that it is a very unsafe neighborhood, especially for two women alone. They chose to stay at my house and sleep on an inflatable mattress, rather than stay at this hotel. The check in person was very nice and assured us that it was safe, that there were cameras around the property and at night you needed your room key to get in. Regardless of that, we still chose for them not to stay. We lost our payment, of course, but the safety of my staff is more important.

Property seems old and not having good furniture matters neither blanket

Easy access off the freeway and street. Room# 213 has extra little visitors in the matress and on the floors.

Elevator was working sporadically. No ice machine on the 4th floor. Pool furniture was cheap plastic and uncomfortable. Could have been cleaner. Would not stay again.

Pictures used to sell the place should be updated. Not worth it. Sorry

Great location. Room huge but smelled like smoke. Also the elevator down amd we on 3rd floor. Wasnt fun to pull the luggage's up. Water pressure was amaze balls. Id stay again though.

Felt old, not well maintained. Was convenient for travel.

Not at all happy with this property. It was so dirty in the room. Towels had yellow spots on them and the sheets were also dirty. We had a 3 day reservation but left after the first night. We got in very late so we had to sleep there. Checked out early. Went through Travelocity so we contacted them about getting a refund for the additional 2 days. Hotel would was contacted several times and did NOT grant me a refund. Very disappointed considering they were able to rent out my room to another customer and could recoup the cost. Will never stay with them again.

Only stayed the night due to flight and got the car to continue our trip next day. Ok for the purpose and family offers breakfast a really plus since we need to continue our trip.
