I like the room. It was very private. Everything worked service was great convenient. Staff was very polite. Location was good. Lots of restaurants even a Walmart a bank.

I don't like that it was old, need a lot of upgrades, the coffee pot doesn't work. The smell is like old.

Contrary to reviews I read the property and room were in good condition. The staff was nice and greeted me with a smile. I haven't been here in a while and was satisfied to see laminate floors and freshened walls. I was sorry not to be able to get into their pool because I arrived late. They could keep up the surrounding area better.

Very little water comes out of the shower, the bed smells bad

My bed was to hard was able to feel the bed springs like if the bed was really outdated need comfortable beds for it to be in the west side of El Paso

The guy at the front desk was so rude an then he kept looking at my I'd an then looking at me an giving me this dirty look I felt like he thought I was a prostitute or something because I was with an older man which was my grandpa when I asked if everything was alright he responded with what's your problem do we have a problem here me and my grandpa asked for our I'd an left found somewhere else to stay for the night it was awful and super uncom

The room was no as clean as it should be. The bathroom was not sweep. There was hair in the back of the bathroom door that did not look as if had been swept. The wall seemed to have liquid thrown against it and was not cleaned.
