Great location. The hotel was clean and the staff was great. I would recommend this hotel to any when that’s stopping through downtown Cleveland

The room was great.

The hotel was clean and newly renovated. Beautiful! Robert at the front desk was very polite and extremely helpful.

Mattress had a stain on the bottom corner…connecting rooms are very loud when the person you don’t know is on the phone at 5 am for 2 hours

Staff were very professional and polite in all areas. The front desk, the bar/restaurant, Mowry’s, and anyone we seen in the hallways were all very pleasant and helpful.

Valet parking was quick and easy. Front desk clerk was very professional, polite and answered all my questions. They even took my valet ticket number so I could call down in the morning to have my car ready out front. The room was immaculate and very clean. I was very happy with the amenities and the in room coffee. Lobby bar service was polite and prompt. Food and draft beer selection was excellent. The hotel was connected to The Jack casino which was a plus. Price was fair for a Saturday night stay. I will definitely book here again. Thank you!

Wonderful rooms and decor. Love the I door coo riders to casino and other businesses

Clean room and helpful staff. Key cards had to be replaced twice. Only coffee I room was decaf and restocking of creamer etc was not great. Towels were replaced but wash clothes and hand towels weren’t. Nice hotel but service staff weren’t very good. Reception and valet staff were great.

The updates to the hotel during renovation is very nice. The bar and service in the bar area was wonderful with great selections. Self parking was less than ideal. No direct access from parking garage to hotel. Took awhile to get from second floor to outside, down the street to the front of hotel. Last, for a hotel that charges a lot $ per night, I was saddened when we didn’t have any coffee cups in our room and was promised some would be delivered but they were not before we checked out.

Super convenient to attend a show at Rocket Field and the Jack Casino.

Asked for an extra blanket...45 minutes asked again, I guess they forgot... told it would be right up. Never arrived. When I mentioned it to the front desk they did not care at all, it was like the person hated their job. The actual hotel is very nice and clean. Oh, and the WIFI costs $$$...not worth it

Loved the walkability of the hotel to Rocket mortgage for our concert we were attending, had a nice dinner in the hotel restaurant before going out, our bartender Keegan was awesome and gave us great suggestions on local places! Bed was very comfortable and check in was easy and very friendly Only one problem that we had was the tv didn’t work, but overall everything was amazing and had we stayed longer we would have had it fixed

Good location. Room was move, bed was comfortable. The remodel of this hotel was done well, incorporating Cleveland history into the decor.
