There cigarette holes in comforter , roaches, stained towels and sheets the place was Super raggedy I was afraid to lay on sheets or sit on sofa. I did not stay at that hotel so I just wasted my money.

I believe they are human trafficking, and I felt unsafe and I couldn’t get a refund

Overall everyone is nice, however the young lady who is at the front desk come off as

Somewhat clean moldy spots in the room tv cable was staticky

Soon as we made it there the lights went off in the room then nobody's answer the phone

There wasn't anything about the properly itself. it's just the area it sits in that affects it and what goes on around it. But otherwise our stay was good and the staff is very friendly at this location.

The guy at the front desk is always so friendly and confident.

The room had a bad smell and bugs

The room was dirty and the sheets were nasty with smoke holes in them. I asked to be moved to a different room and they tried to charge me for another room. So I tried to get a refund and they wouldn’t let me. Would really like to get my refund Expedia please!

There was pubic hair on the towels and still in the bathtub, there was burn holes in the blankets, and tv quality was poor.
