Good location. The check in manager seemed a bit unfriendly. A smile would have helped. Clean and comfortable.

A strange buzzing sound within the building woke me up at 3:42am. Stopped in about 5 minutes.

Very friendly and clean facility. Staff was great. Breakfast was good and they always refilled, plenty of food.

Staff super friendly. They definitely look out for their customers. Parking areas well lit and security cameras highly visible in public areas.

Other than check in which was a nightmare, the stay was great. I had contacted the hotel days before my stay inquiring about early check in. I was answered kindly answering that I could indeed, get an early check in. Listing a cost and time line stating from 2 on would be free. I get there around 1 and prepared to pay and the clerk was extremely rude and unable to accommodate me. The clerk I had spoken to must've have forgotten to add the **** IF A ROOM is clean, which had that been mentioned, wouldn't had been an issue. When I did check in, a new clerk acted shocked with how I was treated but also assured me they had early check in IF a room was clean.

It’s was very convenient and close to many places

Extremely disappointed. We traveled a long distance and arrived by 2 PM, only to be met with completely unhelpful and unprofessional staff. The hotel was clearly empty with plenty of available rooms, yet they still refused early check-in. Even after offering to pay extra, they showed no willingness to accommodate us. Their attitude was terrible — cold, dismissive, and lacking even basic hospitality. Would not recommend this place to anyone who expects decent service or respect as a guest.

Gabby was so friendly and helpfull. I only had my room done ever other day during my stay, but the housekeepers did a wonderful job. This hotel has alot of fast food restaurants very close by, buy the Village Inn is right next door and everyone there is friendly and the service is spot on.

Hotel clerk was very helpful, courteous & friendly! Rooms need maintenance. Beds were hard, tiling in bathroom needed repair & furniture had stains on all pieces. If you can sleep through highway noise, then we rate this “okay.”

This is a great hotel. I literally cannot complain about anything. No it's not a luxury hotel, but there was nothing wrong especially for the price. It was clean, everyone was very sweet, breakfast was good, area was perfect, Wi-Fi was free, parking was easy. Great stay at a great price!!

A confortable hotel, with a big and clean room. Good breakfast an service. A few minutes from Garden of the Gods antrance and Visitor center. Just 10 minutes from downtown CS if you want to visit.
