Great hotel in a convenient location. Nice bar/restaurant.

Everything was excellent except there were no shower towels in the room

It was a quick stay but nice. Overnight between two cities and out early in the morning. I ate dinner in the hotel. It was fine but a little spendy.

Great place to stay

I had such a bad experience staying here. The customer service provided was awful. The systems were down from 2am until 3pm and no one could get checked in. We were given contradicting information regarding being able to get manually checked in and then told we could not after we left where we were so we could get checked in, while we witnessed multiple people getting manually checked in and given room keys. We wanted to check in early seeing how our flight arrived early but couldn’t do so with the system outage. The staff were very short and seemed to be irritated with the mess that was going on. Multiple guests had been waiting to check in since 2am and could not. Once we were checked in we were given the wrong type of room (1 king bed when we paid for 2 queen beds in an oversized room). Upon getting to the room we noticed it was not oversized and the beds were a double standard room. We were so tired and had no energy to go tell them yet again they did not give us what we paid for. We stayed only one night and it was so noisy due to some sort of championship thing going on with kids that were staying there. Definitely wish we could have stayed elsewhere and would not recommend this location to anyone we love.

The room was just okay - nothing special. I thought it was going to be nice because the picture that I saw in the Expedia website looked really good. It also showed "Breakfast" so I thought I don't need to pay for it but turned out breakfast was not included in the amount I paid.

Our poolside room was not actually poolside nor did it even have a window to look outside. We were literally looking at an elevated platform which had events so we weren’t even able to open our curtain without people staring into the room. The room was dark and depressing because there were only 3 dimlit lamps in the actual room area. Even getting it at a discounted price through Expedia I think I paid too much.

Great for a quick stay. Price was reasonable.

Great staff and wonderful property

We loved the breakfast variety each morning! We also enjoyed being right on the beach to enjoy the water, sand, and sun!

The room was filthy, the air conditioner didn’t work, when we called to have them check it out the engineer said I’ll bring you a fan, but it is what it is in the air conditioning hasn’t worked in these rooms for a long time.

I would like a refund as I even paid the extra insurance and got to the hotel and they said there system had crashed therefore the room with 2 double beds was no longer available and said all they had left was a room with a king size bed or I could get my money refunded and find another hotel well that was not happening at 9:00 pm so I took the king size bed and wound up paying this high price to sleep on an air mattress, 188.00 for an air mattress. I am very disappointed in this and woul like someone to make it right

A\C didn’t work staffing didn’t care others had same issues moved rooms and still didn’t work. Will never stay again staff was no help on it just lied about the issues

Check in took awhile, as there was a long line of families waiting to check in.

Terrible customer service, not accommodating and not well staffed for a busy hotel in an extremely busy area. No follow through on anything

We had dirty towels in our room. Crumbs and cookies all over from previous guest. The hotel itself was fine but my room for the price was absolutely disgusting.

Comfortable and Convenient Stay at DoubleTree – Minnesota** I had a pleasant stay at the DoubleTree Hotel in Minnesota. The staff was accommodating, and the room was clean with fresh towels and a very comfortable bed—perfect for a good night’s rest. While the furnishings and décor were a bit dated, everything was well-maintained and tidy. The hotel’s location was especially convenient for my visit to the area, making it an easy and efficient stay. And of course, the warm chocolate chip cookies at check-in never disappoint—they’re always a delightful touch!

We had to cancel our reservation. Thunderstorms prevented us from completing our trip to Mpls. We also learned that Expedia does not accept cancellations. Therefore, we lost our deposit.
