Everything was absolutely excellent. The room was large, luxurious, well appointed, comfortable and very clean. The staff were all wonderful, friendly, helpful and professional. I recommend this hotel !!! The location is fantastic. Shopping, restaurants and attractions were close by. The beach was beautiful and great for taking long wakls.The next time I visit Acapulco I will stay at the Fiesta Americana Resort.

The room was very clean. Overall my stay was very good. The only thing I didn’t like is when the people go to the pool and leave the towel on chairs and they never show up. That leaves us with no chairs to enjoy the pool. I think they should not let people make reservations on the pool.

Le Fiesta Americana Villas Acapulco est idéalement situé sur la magnifique baie d’Acapulco, offrant un parfait équilibre entre charme, authenticité et confort moderne. Les chambres rénovées sont élégantes, spacieuses et très confortables. La plage est à côté, facilement accessible, et surtout , aucun problème de sargasse. L’eau est belle et propre, et la mer est relativement paisible, ce qui permet de nager sans risque et de profiter pleinement du Pacifique. C’est aussi un endroit parfait pour faire de longues marches sur le sable au coucher du soleil, avec une vue spectaculaire sur la baie. Les prix sont accessibles et offrent un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Pour les foodies, l’emplacement est également idéal : il y a une offre gastronomique exceptionnelle dans les restaurants aux alentours, avec des options pour tous les goûts et tous les budgets — des petites adresses locales authentiques jusqu’aux restaurants plus raffinés. Le service est excellent : attentionné, chaleureux et professionnel. On ressent véritablement être authentiquement au Mexique, dans l’accueil, l’ambiance et l’énergie du lieu. The staff is warm and welcoming, excellent location and incredible views, everything is well kept and spotless, this hotel is certainly perfect choice for most fantastic holidays

Everything about this hotel is first class

The room was very clean and the staff was amazing. The corner 3 bedroom suite was a perfect location for sunrise and sunset. We saw whales, sea turtles and manta rays right from our balcony. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely consider another stay in coming years. The only downfall we experienced was the spanish to english translation, as we do not speak any spanish.

Tha staff promised you services and prices different but never tell you that always with the chance to sell membership and if said no. At the checkout everything is different Not happy about this Examples they offer free buffet , free massage Parking different prices but refused membership so n nothing was free
