Everything was fantastic

Staff was awesome. The location was perfect. The room phenomenal.

So I will say I was very impressed with this hotel for the price. And we were given a room upgrade which was nice. However I do not entirely love the staff. I thought they were dull and not very welcoming. Not an entirely big deal however I shouldn’t feel uncomfortable walking in and out of the hotel bc I don’t want to be met with nasty looks. They had absolutely no personality and looked pretty miserable if I’m being honest. As someone who travels multiple times a year I don’t think I’ve encountered such miserable hotel staff. Idk if it’s bc they’re from the north of Italy so this is why they were like this. As an American who speaks pretty fluent Italian they still insisted on speaking to me in english. But besides that it was great. Property was super nice.

Very nice property. Had and issues with a room but they were able to give us a new room which was even better than the previous. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was standard but very good.

We loved the small and charming hotel and cannot wait to go back!! Our lovely host and hostess were so helpful giving us local recommendations for restaurants and activities. The hotel is adorable. Breakfast is good. Ample parking. Would absolutely stay here again.

Limited buffet breakfast menu + scrambled eggs and extras at no extra cost - euro 28 each. However ask for an omelette and its an extra euro 12 = 40 euro which is way over priced. No cooked food after 11am and the breakfast area closed - bar snacks thereafter, using pre prepared food - more like a 3 star hotel. Room was small and next to a lift. Stayed a week and you would have thought a better room would have been allocated. No issue with staff who were helpful and friendly. Mosquitos an issue in the room.

Hotel looks quite new but some facilities need repair or renovation. The receptionist are quite aggressive and they insisted they didn’t receive my personal request through Hotrls.com system. Maybe your systems have not been connected well? Anyway, it looks nice hotel but some service are quite poor and not efficient but they wanted to insist they were right not customers.

First time in Florence. Totally enjoyed the hotel staff. Exceptional front desk staff.

The staff are very friendly and warm, we are travelling with kids, the hotel has rooms which suit family. Services are very good. The hotel is in a quiet location, 20mins’ walk to the centre, 15mins’ walk to the main train station, very convenient.

Our room was referred to as "boutique" which must have been code for tiny. That was a disappointment. Otherwise, everything was just great, and the property is lovely.

When we checked in, the refrigerator was leaking with water. Our bell hop stepped in and tracked muddy water in the room, which I cleaned up. They said they would move rooms but they never did. Unplugged that fridge, so I had to give the front desk staff my leftover carbonara and tiramisu to chill. We requested ice after 11pm, they said this was not possible. Ice is only available at the bar, really? First hotel i've stayed in with no ice maker. I requested an extra blanket because my gf gets cold. They only have 1 person working at night and could not leave the desk, so I had to walk down to get it. Same went for an extra bottle of water then next night. The hairdryer did not work well- turned off and on. Gf said it was the worst hairdryer she's ever used. New property, paint was peeling in the bathroom. For the price I was paying, all of this was unfortunate. When I spoke to the front desk about all these issues during check out, he offered me a free cup of coffee. What a joke. Nice aesthetics in the lobby but don't stay here.

Great hotel in a really good location, in walking distance to the centre of Florence. The hotel is modern and has new interiors, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was a great selection! Would definintely recommend staying here

First rate room first rate service great time. Enrico in particular really took care of us with info taxis etc. Highly recommend this property
