While a few staff members were friendly and helpful, overall the level of hospitality and guest service did not meet expectations. Many employees did not appear welcoming or attentive toward guests. Additionally, the food prices were quite high considering that the presentation and overall quality did not reflect the cost. Due to this experience, on the final day of our stay we chose to dine outside of the hotel.

We were a group of 3 couples staying at this beautiful hotel, staff very friendly, our stays were like being home. I really enjoyed if you need a hotel to stay I recommend Quinta Real Hotel.

This is the second time I've stayed at this lovely, gracious hotel. It is a colonial building with all modern amenities. It's well located in the Centro Historico in Puebla, easy walking distance to many places of interest and excellent restaurants (including the one in the hotel). The price is quite reasonable, considering how sumptuous this place is!

Great accommodations, location and overall maintenance. Historical building is amazing. Bad experience though with breakfast: slow, bad quality and expensive.

Liked everything about the hotel. Only complaint was the unreliable internet/wifi connection. Perhaps because room 306 was out of reach for the connections?

Honest Review! This hotel has a Mexican soap opera vibe. The establishment is very clean, rooms are also very clean. There is a mini split a/c unit in the room which keeps the room nice and cool on hot days. The staff is very nice. The location is also top tier, walking distance to the plaza from where you can get transportation to literally anywhere. The buffet in the morning is very good, they have a variety of food to eat and plenty of cook-to-order food (tacos, omelets, pizza etc.). Also tried the Italian restaurant Panadero in the hotel and the food was surprisingly just like the food I tasted in Italy. Staff mention the owner is Italian and it’s his recipes that are being used ( not sure if it’s true, but the food was delicious). I slept like a baby, bed was really comfortable, felt built for royalty. I would 100% recommend. Will be staying here again when I come back.

Location is excellent! My room was spacious and plenty of amenities. Staff with higher rank (front desk, managers, bell boys) were snobby, but the staff at the restaurants, chef and bar were very attentive and friendly, my experience was so much pleasant thanks to them.

The room is very clean and the setting is great. The overall of the hotel setting is very cosy and welcoming. We’ve like to have a microwave in the room though; however, it may defeat the purpose of the having restaurant within the hotel.
