Beautiful hotel with a lovely staff in a great location

very friendly staff and walkable to many great areas of Centro.

The hotel has been nicely remodeled since my last stay there about 9 months ago. Very nice enhancements without losing its charm. There now an Italian restaurant on the premises which upgrades the dining options without leaving the hotel. This is my favorite place to stay when I go to Puebla very year

Despite the central location rooms face inner courtyards and are very quiet. We stayed at recently renovated room 322 and it was excellent.

The staff has always been very linda and efficient.

Great property with great service close to everything.

I liked the outdoor area inside the property. Because it was outdoors, they should allow smoking. The brunch was lovely and the live music was nice. The front desk was very accommodating, pleasant, and worked to ensure your our stay was comfortable. They even handled transportation needs.
