Great stop over hotel, restaurant was excellent breakfast was tasty (and free for u12s), staff were friendly and patient with my very basic French!

Overall good experience. Our room was somehow not available but the staff replaced it. We did find an empty bottle of vodka and orange juice deep under the bed, so there's some improvements to be had

We got a roomm upgrade on arrival. The check in process was quick. Room was spacious, clean, well appointed and quiet. The location is ideal if youre planning visiting different places as it's close to the highway. Good breakfast and free parking.

We have stayed on many occasions so we are very familiar with the hotel. After a 6 hour drive from Como we wanted to have a meal and as we have a dog couldn't eat in the restaurant so I went down to the bar and ordered room service. The very polite young man was half way through our order when a manager pushed him out of the way, cancelled our order and served another guest and then just walked off - incredibly rude, disrespectful and I suspect a little racist as I am English - whether he was or not is not important as he was clearly rude. After ordering we received room service very quickly and the food was very good. All the staff are very polite and helpful and this individual stood out as rude and disrespectful - it spoilt the stay for me.

The hotel looks quite new and therefore was clean and modern inside. the staff were very friendly and chatty. On arrival, we initially drove past it as it’s on an industrial estate and the lighting in the area is poor. The Best Western sign could be bigger and illuminated to give better visibility at the car park entrance. But other than that, it’s a great hotel.

Book this hotel on my way after the hotel in a nearby town had air conditioning issues and by the time I arrived they told me they had no WiFi. I had a meeting and needed a WiFi. I haven’t checked in and of course having booked minutes before my arrival, according to France law, the 24 hour cancellation policy does not apply here. Asked for a refund and they said no. Be aware of this Hotel and I don’t know how Best Western loan their name to this.

Nice and simple slightly out of town hotel. Comfortable and very clean. Staff nice. Supermarket very close with take away options if needed.

Not the experience we have hope for our stay.

The internet connection was terrible in the rooms. I had to go down to the lobby and even there is was still really very slow. Both me and my wife had the same issue on a mac as well as on a pc.

Room smells and the pillows smell bad too. AC wasn’t on and it was so hot to sleep. There was no shampoo in the bathroom and it took them over an hour so I had to go to the front desk to get it.

Good hotel, staff very nice.
