Very nice and clean place. Highly recommend!

Service was great .hotel was good for the price . Could be a lot cleaner glass doors are dirty and furniture needs to be cleaned .

Clean and quiet

I had a total of (3) rooms (1) not cleaned we arrived at 5:00pm and check-in was at 3:00pm. We were not happy with that! The main stairs leading upstairs not cleaned .Otherwise there maybe 🤔 a short of help maybe 🤔 not sure. We didn't use the pool it was crowded. Would have been nice to have breakfast or complimentary breakfast.

Wasn't impressed with the restaurant but enjoyed my stay.

Great stay. Only complaint would be housekeeping. Didn't leave any tissues in the room and not enough wash cloths and face towels. Sheets were not properly tucked so at night the would ball up around your feet. Small issues but other than that, a great stay. Excellent staff and beautiful hotel. I will definitely stay there again if in the area.

Overall I felt a little underwhelmed by my experience. Nothing to do with the guest service. The bed didn't seem as comfy as it could have been and the sheets felt rough and scratchy. The toilet in my room ran throughout the night and was so slightly louder than normal.

How many people can you stuff in a lobby and how loud can it get? You'll find out! Especially if there are sports competitions in town. I'd cringe walking through the crowded space, food was machine snacks and other mediocre fair. There is a swimming pool. Anywhere decent to eat that's not a chain is a bit of a drive. It is convenient to Churchill Downs.
