Location locations location, close to the beaches and 10 minutes to downtown Charleston! Clean and quiet need upgrades appliances in the room 🙂

The hotel is always clean and the staff is always pleasant helpful and professional. We love charleston and this is our 3rd stay. We will be back!

Good cheaper option in a great area!

If you don't have unrealistic expectations, you will be pleasantly surprised for the money spent.

Run down like conditions.

Everything was fine. Only negative for us was that the pool doesn’t open until 10am/it should open by 9am instead.

Clean, convenient, great breakfast

The room was satisfactory overall. Room was somewhat out dated but the staff did great at what they had to work with and made our stay extremely comfortable. The beds were very clean, felt really fresh, comfortable and had great pillows. The only thing I would suggest is to update the bathroom but everything was very clean and stocked well. The ac did great at keeping the room cool and if you've ever been to Mt Pleasant during the 95+ heat, that's saying a lot. The pool was open and fabulous. The interaction with staff was pleasurable, they appeared happy and sharing smiles when eye contact was made. Definitely would stay again and the location was centered around the places I wanted to visit like Patriots Point and Isle of Palms.

This hotel is our go to place for the summer! It’s always clean, good breakfast and what takes them over the top is the staff! Faith and Brittany welcomed us, housekeeping asked if we needed anything and I appreciate the cookies and lemonade 😊

We were very happy to find the room cool and clean upon our arrival. Also, the staff was very helpful. They gave us suggestions for places to eat and areas for outdoor recreational activities (e.g., water park).

Property was a bit dated with the HVAC showing its age . However given the high cost of lodging in the Charleston area it was a fair price.

Staff were all very friendly, property was in great condition and room was also very clean and well taken care of.

I loved the location. It was very nice. Very quiet and everything was very neat and clean. We had a standard 2 double bed room. I loved the breakfast each morning. The pool was nice and clean. On a negative side, the sink at the mirror the water never got hot, but no issue w/the shower so not too concerned about that and the hanger on the door to place on the outside for room service was too small to hang it on the handle as the handle was bigger around on the outside than the inside. We were on the bottom floor and I loved that and we were pool side view. Other than that, loved it and we drove to Charleston which was just a few minutes away and anywhere else we needed to. Loved Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island. Great stay and mini vacation.

Clean quiet i love it but im a regular and i have to pay a deposit its unfair cause I stay here alot.

A clean comfortable bed and a impressive breakfast inclusive in the price.

The a/c and telephone did not work in the room but staff quickly moved us to another room. Staff was very efficient.

The workers were extremely nice. Breakfast was good and plentiful.. The accommodations were ok. I had ground floor room and the curtains didn't close. i had to rubberband them together at night so you couldn't see in.

Room had musky, mildew smell
