THE ROOMS SMELLED STALE

Good stay

The hotel room decor is dated and worn. The balcony seating is not conducive to the space. Adults can’t sit comfortably on the balcony with the size chairs. The room was located farther from the elevator. This was difficult since my husband was recovering from knee surgery. I’m not sure why there is a cost for parking when there is no security and parking is freely accessible without a gate or barriers. It’s not comforting to see signs posted “park at your own risk.” Lastly, housekeeping service was inconsistent and not thorough. The housekeeper left dirty towels, replaced some and didn’t leave any washcloths.

The room description said robes, but we had to call the following morning at 530 a.m. and wait until 7 a.m. for the robes. The glasses by the ice bucket were greasy. There were no complimentary water bottles in the room or an option to buy. Everything was taken care of, and the staff everywhere was super nice. It was resolved, but we shouldn't have had to call attention to these details.

We were greated by the very nice staff upon arrival, who gave us a super room since it was my birthday, so thank you! The pool was lovely, and most important of all, quiet and relaxing. So many hotels play blaring music, and I’m so glad this place isn’t one of them. Everybody has been helpful and kind, and I felt this was good value for money. Thanks for having us!

Everything perfect all they need to do is replace all the beach chairs George the concierge is exceptionally nice

When we entered the lobby, music was so loud that it felt like walking into a night club. Super hard to hear the staff when we checked in. Lobby is very big and spacious. Staff is nice.
