Great hotel spectacular view. Friendly staff and a nice pool.

The property is generally old, we had black mould in our room, shower was disaster with trying to get any pressure and setting water temperature where we could only have cold or boiling hot. Location of the hotel was not great as we had to walk up stip hill to get there which wouldn't be an issue if we wouldn't have to take shower evertime... Food was same everyday unfortunately and I had to wait for about 20min to get clean mug to make hot drink as noone looked to top them up. The only positive things were gentlemen in the reception who let us check in a bit earlier, staff who were cleaning the rooms and life guards. Other than that I would avoid.

If I could give lower than 1 star I would. DO NOT waste your money here. It’s awful. Ants everywhere!

Poor maintenance and shabby fixes are quite visible everywhere. Probably, a used-to-be nice hotel which now has a star too many.

The city and location itself have definetely a particular charm. The art nuveau buildings and the abundant vegetation make you feel like in a tropical destination but a little bit more stylish. The personell is friendly and helpfull. The shulltle is functioning with minute precision. Thank you Sebastian for your kind suport! The everyday cleaning is consistent, the food served in the local restaurant is fresh and delicious. The panoramic view on the roof terace, saturday and sunday's dinner worth all of the money! Parking have enough places for a costal residence, and you can easily explore from such a location the french riviera (la cote d'azure). There are a lot of sandy beaches where you can have an excelent meal right on the beach at the lunch time or dinner. I strongly recomand this destination!

Ideal stop over while travelling down though the Italy

The hotel was nice, but not outstanding, the staff was friendly, but not overachieving, the area was pretty, but not close to anything and not easily accessible.

Another amazing stay at the Nyala. The friendly and very professional staff made us feel more than welcome. We chose to eat in the restaurant and were not disappointed, fresh pasta, great mains and homemade desserts and a lovely Restaurant Manager for whom nothing was too much trouble. Already booked a return trip in 3 weeks time. A big thank you to Katia, on reception for all her help and service with a big smile.

Wonderful staff and very helpful. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the city. We ate dinner in their restaurant and the dishes were prepared very well and were tasty.
