Great overnight stay. Room was clean and comfortable. would stay here again.

It was a great stay

The room was very clean. The carpeting and furniture seemed new. Staff was very friendly. All-in-all a real value for the price.

Economic area

The only thing I had a comment on was I had asked for a downstairs room because we had kids. She quoted me, “you stay how you pay” and because we did it through hotels.com we had no choice. She could have worded it differently I think.

Clean and easy booking friendly staff!

Room was clean . Water was hot . Coffee and toiletries supplied . Will stay here again . Staff was very nice .

It was clean

Pretty decent for the price . Rooms were clean amd tidy .

The tv was out, but the front desk didn’t have time to see what was wrong with it. Check in was easy.

I loved everything

It was okay. We stayed there because its the closet hotel to where my son lives

Staff were exceptionally helpful. My husband is a stroke survivor and cannot navigate stairs and they were able to find us a first floor room. Stay was good. It seemed like some people forget that others are sleeping in the rooms.

Beds were hard as a rock and the bathtub didn’t work you couldn’t take a bath the lever’s didn’t work to hold water so u had no choice to take a shower!

Didn't like the stairs. Also, a ladder was left in the balcony walkway, which was a nuisance and a trip and fall hazard .

The carpet was very dirty. Chair was disgusting, had spiders on it, so dirty. Linen for bed was dingy and smelt musky. Towels same. The staff was the win. So nice.

Very quiet and comfortable

This is a older hotel in a quite area, no frills but we have stayed here a few times on trips to and from FL. Staff is friendly, and it is a small community. We like the location it has easy on/off access to the express way but far enough away from the noise.
