The room had an open concept type bathroom. Not much privacy. Other than that we had a nice stay.

This was our 9th time at this resort, we keeping coming back because the staff and food are amazing! Love that this resort is small!

Stuff were so kind and friendly.

The staff was great,but the hotel needed alot of updating and work repairs. The outlets in my room didn't work. Maintenance had to repair one of the outlets for me to use. When the maintenance man was trying to repair it he blew a fuse and i went without electricity for 10 minutes. I had to go to the front desk 3 times to inform the staff before maintenance arrived that my outlets didn't work.

The thematic restaurants have the best food in Cancun.The staff is wonderful. But, The principal restaurant , international food, had a lack the variety when compare with others all inclusive, the breakfast is poor , if you visit others all inclusive the same level.The activities, sports, theater is the weakness this hotel, need improve faster!!!!, before lost your clients.In general is a good hotel, but for the same valor can you find others hotels better in Cancun

Been here many times for a conference. Food pretty good, decent value, could use a remodel, also there are more solicitations for merchandise than there used to be. Also, if you want to smoke a cigarette, you no longer can officially do it anywhere on the property. So I was always trying to leave the premises..

Everyone is friendly

Our room was great, had a plunge pool and a little ocean view, nice lounge chairs too. The only negative was that the floors in the room got wet and slippery I think because it was ground level and has a sliding glass door. We put towels on the floor so we didn’t fall. The dining options were excellent and the waiters were very friendly and offered dinner options to try. We enjoyed the Mexican restaurant, the Thai restaurant and the Italian restaurant. The extra cost dinner options were very tasty.

Food was fantastic. Entertainment was weak.

Exceptional service, beautiful location and right on the beach. Pool options. Family friendly but also great for couples. Good food options and variety. Excellent guest service and accommodations. Loved every moment of this vacation!

Beautiful hotel but it is old and has to be renovated. The employees were so generous and competent. People on the front desk very nice and friendly. Food was excellent. I just had a problem with the water in my bedroom whenever I wanted to take a shower It came out cold. I called front desk & they fixed it.
