Perfect stay in Hamburg. Close to everything, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, nice sauna!

Everything was wonderful. All the Staff were great but especially Scarlett, room was amazing and an early check in was very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again

This was a nice hotel located conveniently with parking. It is right across the street from a fun fair (amusement park/carnival) that was aglow. The room was clean and comfortable.

Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint is that the rooms looked larger online (including a sofa and a larger bathroom). The superior room was a bit tight for 2 people for 5 nights. Otherwise, it was an excellent option in Hamburg.

A hidden gem which is centrally located for shopping, sightseeing etc.

Smallish room with 2 twin beds -- on wheels -- pushed together on wooden floors. Minibar/water was not restocked. Television was not "smart" and only broadcast German stations. Area is very gritty -- not unsafe -- just somewhat "alternative."
