This hotel was fairly new and very clean. It smelled amazing etc! Check in staff wasnt very friendly, and if you're not used to a lot of traffic, the location can be stressful to navigate getting in and out.

I had a great experience staying here. Modern, very clean, friendly staff. Pool was wonderful. Really nice breakfast. Convenient location. I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly and quick check in

I’d give my week stay here a solid 10 if the staff had been more friendly and outgoing. As far as the room and facility it is a 10 out of 10. Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Just felt ignored and unwelcome the entire week I was there. Felt more like an apartment instead of a hotel atmosphere as far as the front counter staff. Only spoke to one time in a week and that was my final departure day.

The room was modern, very clean and comfortable. The only issue I had with it was that it has a pocket style door to the restroom. You can slide it closed but it slides right back open. There is no shutting the door. My husband gets up earlier than me and typically does not wake me but did this time as the noise and light from the shower were not muffled at all. I was ok with this since it was my husband traveling with me, but if anyone else had been with me it would have been uncomfortable. Who wants to shower or use the restroom with the door always open??

Conveniently located off I-24. Parking was sparse, but it was raining (and dark) which made it difficult to see all the parking options around the building.

We were traveling and stopped overnight. Very clean and smelled good! Staff was very friendly.
