The room was nice and clean.

We stayed here many years ago but it has since been renovated. Our rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water and nice bedding. The location is great for walking to shops and restaurants and it’s easy to get on the Parkway and go to Gatlinburg. The on site restaurant was delicious and there is a balcony area with a fireplace that we enjoyed to watch traffic on the strip. Will stay here again.

Front desk worker was excellent, pool and hot tub great.. Beds not too condemnable and stains on carpet, other than that it was great

The beds are comfortable. The room is clean. The property is a little dated but overall we had a great stay. No complaints

Room wasn’t bad. Very clean and when we had a small issue they were there to fix. Only complaint but out of their control, pool building three stories and no elevator.

Great rooms, staff, and beautiful views!

Staff was friendly and the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Tv worked and everything was in good condition. The two bad things were the door would stick and was hard to open ( minor inconvenience) and the shower never got above room temperature. Other than that I would stay again. I only stayed one night so I just informed them about the shower when I checked out.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We chose it a second time because our first stay was amazing, and the second one did not disappoint. The rooms are decent. I found the beds to be very comfortable; not too firm but not too soft. The bathroom was outdated and didn't have an exhaust fan. The shower head was a little low for me, and I'm 5' 7". The staff were all extremely accommodating and friendly. The restaurant might seem a bit overpriced, but the serving sizes are pretty generous.

Was much nicer than i thought it would be. Pillows were amazing! We slept great. Staff were amazing! We will stay again!

Property she rooms need to be updated. Location is wonderful and staff was friendly.

The pool was disgusting,very dirty full of bugs and hair. The gutters leaked when it rained. Overall the stay was pretty okay.

The door to the room kept sticking, making access an inconvenience. The ice machine was on the backside of the property with no convenient access to it. Water pressure could've been better.
