New wifi is nice but miss the sports channels lol overall love the location and the secured parking… staff is always super nice and helpful… my regular place to stay when I work in Penticton…

We had a great one-night stay at the Balcomo. The hotel was quiet, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable night. It’s perfect if you’re just looking for a convenient and restful place to stay in Penticton. Would definitely consider staying again.

I stayed for one night in late March 2026 for a concert. The pool was not open yet (totally fine because it's still cool out) but the spa and sauna were open and people were enjoying it. We were in the tower, 4th floor. I love overlooking the golf course in the morning and sitting on the patio with a coffee (they have keurig machines in room or there is lots of coffee shops across the street). Room is clean, lots of towels in room for spa. The front desk called our room shortly after we checked in to make sure everything was ok. Thats nice because you can quickly tell them if anything wasn't right but everything was good. Overall, good place to stay.

The rooms were very clean, and fresh, both in looks and scent. The staff were FABULOUS, and the hot tub was awesome! We loved the option to pre check in, which also gave us options to purchase an early check in (1pm) , or super early check in (11am) as well as late check out! We went for an event, and thankfully the event centre was basically right across the street- completely eliminating the need for us to find transportation! We loved this hotel, and will probably stay here everytime we are in Penticton!
