Just a little comment, the lastest we could check is 1 pm so we went to have breakfast and came back at 11:45am to the room to pick up our stuff and use the restroom and our stuff was gone they were cleaning the room. If check out is the latest at 1 I would think that you would wait until 1:01 pm to actually go into the room and take our stuff.

No air conditioning killed the whole experience for us. The daytime had a cool breeze running through the hotel that made the temperature comfortable but at night the breeze died. The room was HOT. Unbearably so. The large fan in the room doesn’t blow air downward. It was loud and sounded like it was going to break and fall onto the bed. We left the windows open and had a sixth floor room but still no cool air made its way into the room. I feel the hotel staff should remind guests at check in about the lack of AC. If we had noticed we would have canceled and booked elsewhere. Customer service was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the hallway carpet was dirty and there was several pieces of trash laying around in the corners of the halls. The location and views around are amazing but I would never stay here again. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

they were not very accomadating for someone traveling all night. They had rooms ready and they wouldn't let us check in early... as a hotel owner myself that is a 1 star!!! you have the rooms make the guest happy instead of having them sleeping on your lobby.
